Here's a conversion I did for a friend of one of my favourite models! Lord Carver, Bringer of Most Massive Destruction, Esq. III is usually a standing model (you can see the regular pose here: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/6103396/), but in the Minions book for the Hordes miniature game, he's pictured sitting pretty on a throne, gripping a skull.

So a pal of mine had me sculpt up a throne, some new legs, and a new right arm for his Carver model, and had me paint it in his "Pigs of Sin City" colour scheme. All black and white but for a few splashes of a specific colour (orange in this case).

I had a blast working on this model, and I'm pretty happy with how it looks (though minis are always better in person, because they're so small they look weird magnified so much by the camera).
