Ivan...one of the few leaders of the organisation that sometimes simply calls itself 'The Business' in Himitsu City. Like the rest of the leaders, he has very strange tendancies, although he is arguably the strangest of them. In any of the districts of the city, he might watch people sleep through their windows, especially if they are having sex which he silently laughs at. He likes to blow off steam by shooting things, though this is only sometimes people. As it happens weapons are his speciality, as his main business is weapons manufacturing. His faverouite weapons are clearly his two giant machine guns that cause him to go into a psychotic rage, as a sort of sexual pleasure, during battle with outside forces. His insanity is great enough to scare other members of The Business occasionally.

His past involved him manipulating and scamming money of many people, getting into the illegal trade at a young age, with a excellent business mind. He quickly gained enough money to get into the professional business school, where he met all the future Business leaders of the city, forming a secret alliance with them which spelled him and their way to business dominance.
