Hf got lost at a amateur radio emergency field day station and started to play around on the radio.
"CQ field day CQ field day from Victor Echo Two Alpha Romeo Charlie you are talking to HF the greyfox CQ field day CQ field day"
Are there any points for the presence of wildlife onsite?
Someone recorded a video of the encounter which he should upload on youtube. Will post the link when it becomes available.

Just have not taken it off yet, but I just really like it. Given that I do want to replace it with something other then just a torn piece of fabric. I will probably take the time eventually to go to one of the fabric distributors to find a blue coloured patterned fabric.
Something tribal looking might be nice, but it as to be blue

white markings does sound nice
That was in a park in Dorval, Quebec on the island of Montreal over the weekend. We were onsite for around 30 hours and we were on the radio for 24 hours of those. The rest was setting up and taking down our massive towers and antennas.
There were many other stations in Quebec. I am personally aware of three other's, but there were likely more of them. This was a north American wide event so there were thousands of stations everywhere.

Well unless you do some short wave listening you would have probably been unable to hear us. These are the kind of frequencies that our grand parents would have been listening, but they were and still are good to transmit signals internationally
Pictures from this year's event at dorval are not up yet, but if you want to see some from 2011 they can be found at http://www.hay-net.net/~ve2arc/hamr.....d_20110626.php . It was alot of work putting everything up, but once this is done this is when the fun can start :)

LOL LAW :)
That does appear to be a club call sign by checking on google. I'm actually a member of two of the clubs which took part in the field day operations, but I am more involved with one of them. We were running a low power station on generator power of the station's equipment.
My next event I'll be taking part in is the Canada day contest on the 1st of July at midnight UTC. Will be operating as a single op on 20 meters. Took part last year as my first solo event and I had alot of fun doing it

I've only ever met one other furry ham, and she used an HT. I would think it would be alittle difficult to mess with the controls? My Yaesu FT 900 CAT (no jokes, lol) is all knob & button driven, no menus (I prefer my HF rigs that way) so turning knobs with a paw must be hard. A least buttons can be cheated with by using the eraser end of a pencil. This years field day was also soooo hot I could only imagine how tough it would be in a fursuit. Looking good! Id put it on a QSL card.
