One the earliest known forms of bread is simple and easy to make, great for all sorts of fillings or to be used on curry or stew or anything your imagination may invent. This versitile and satifying flat bread is from the kitchens or

...or, how I resolve my meals when I don't wanna cook :P
You'll need a non-stick pan
flour
water
salt
And other ingredients as we will see. Simply, put some flour in a bowl, let's say one glass full, then add a pinch of salt, and water.
***MIND that you'll have to add the water very very slowly, because flour and water tend to form an horrible kind of glue that will phagocytate your arm to the elbow if you don't pay attention. If it's too late and the glue monster is born, add flour until the dough gets workable again ***
Work until is elastic and don't stick to your hand anymore. Is very fast to do so don't worry! Flatten the dough with a rolling pin, in the meatime heat the pan. Lay the flattened bread in the pan until it starts to form bubbles, then turn to the other side, is ready in a couple of minutes!
Things you can add to the dough, well, infinite. A bit of olive oil makes it softer, you can add your favourite spice, seeds, gomasho (that is a mixture of toasted sesame seeds and salt, this one in the pic has gomasho in it), whatever you may think that is dry and adds spice to your flatbread.
Then roll it around something you like and the meal is ready! My favs include roasted chicken breast with light cheese, or vegetarian hamburgers with mustard.
