Well,this is pretty exciting...a major new supporting character is joining the cast of ACE AND QUEENIE,and the credit goes to Jazzfox: http://jazzfox.deviantart.com/, my new friend and recently discovered A & Q fan. Meet Dr. Jasmine Titannia Smythe-chief Lab Technician of Bureau 52.The character is based on Jazzfox's Fursona,an Albino Fox. Jasmine will serve as the 'Q' of ACE AND QUEENIE,supplying our heroes with all manner of espionage gear. Unlike the often dour and impatient Q,however,Jasmine,Alex and Denise are all good friends,and Alex and Denise will usually receive a hug from Jasmine upon safely returning from a mission instead of complaints about the condition of their equipment. Alex and Denise are often concerned for Jasmine's well-being,given her accident-prone-ness and insistence on personally demonstrating her inventions.Jasmine is your classic daft genius-full of quirks and contradictions,but undeniably brilliant. Alex and Denise have tremendous respect for her,and she comes about as close as anyone could to being a third member of their team. Jasmine will make her debut in an upcoming chapter of the "Devil's flower gambit"storyline in FURRLOUGH. I can't thank Jazzfox enough for being an A & Q fan and for giving me a dose of much needed inspiration. THat came in the right time, I´m stuck at the story and all, now I know where Ace and Queenie get thier gear from. Ah, darn it, I really need to finish the basic story outline or I´ll never get done with it!
Anyway, she is really sexy, god, I love chicks with glasses, so....hot. Love chicks who are smart.

Thanks! But I would be a real jerk if I didn't give Jazzfox the credit she deserves for suggesting the idea and for letting make the character a variation on her own Fursona. It's not that I didn't want a Q type helper for A & Q....I tried to create one,but wasn't satisfied with any of the ones I had come up with. I think Jasmine works because she fulfills the function of Q without being a clone of him.I'm still working out some details on her character and personality,but I should be able to give you any basic info about her that you might need for your story.
Well, Jazzfox has some intresting ideas tho. At least you now have somone who makes all the Gadets.
I just dont know yet how to use her and I would need to add Jazzfox among the list of the chara owners, but thats not a real problem.
Still, I think the quote of her "It cant be wrong, its science you know." is a very dangerous one.
Too many scientists used such quotes to justify thier horrobile experiments and forbidden research.

She's definitely on the side of good,just a bit naive,perhaps...That quote of hers refers to the fact sometimes she comes up with inventions that aren't practical...
Ah, thanks for clearing this up. I wanst sure what she meant with that quote. Well, thing is, she is inventing Gadets for special agents, some of them are deadly weapons, so, she must know that her inventions are used to kill people after all.
Still, I bet she is real good in what she does. Laser Pen and armored Greatcoat/Trenchcaot are the easiest for her. :)
