An interesting beastie I would imagine fighting in Final Fantasy or Breath of Fire.

Typhon came to mind a little bit with the multiple faces.

It's a Chaos Taint Engine, particularly favoured by Nurgle forces. As many as half a dozen of these massive things are deployed over an entire world. They emit clouds of an unknown substance that induces and catalyzes the taint of the ruinous powers that be. It's been observed to be deployed in non-combat zones relatively close to hot zones, where the taint can creep up on our armies even as we claim victory over the Archenemy. It's a damn despicable engine, since even if we win, we can't take any chances with our own troops; then it just gets swept into a bureaucratic shitstorm that ends up creating years of debate, mass executions, or deployment of more of the Guard to wipe out our tainted troops. In summary, these things are right bastards. But these are rare daemons- they've only ever been encountered on massive warfronts, where the Adeptus Astartes are prevalent and even the Titan legions are found.

And the fact that you are aware of this creature without seeming to know why you drew it doesn't bode well for you.
