It looks great
3 things: Irises, hair, and cheekbones
Eyes are an easy fix
Hair looks a bit "thin" or too much on top of the head
Cheekbones dont slope up into the ears in one continous line like everyone thinks, it starts low and almost right-angles into the ear
But overall its looks awesome, nice work
