So I love League of Legends.
Like a lot.
Ever since I first saw Sona's Champion Spotlight about two years ago, I have always loved playing her. Sadly, the state that she is in right now in terms of viability in Ranked leaves much to be desired, but that rant of mine is for another time.
Anyway, I felt bored and thought about what if Riot made a Genderbend skin for Sona or even made another Champion with music as their focus/weapon.
This isn't really anything special. I just read Sona's lines (found here) and threw them in Audacity real quick. Didn't take more than a few minutes.
Feedback is welcome, but I doubt I'll do anything with any of the other champions. I just love Sona so much (or, at least, very creative Champions). Also, yes, I do know there are parts where I breathed into the mic. I'm still getting a hang of using an actual microphone and not something attached to a pair of headphones. :S

Thanks. I usually play her AP during Bot games (I never go AP outside of Bot games). She's a scary support when placed in the right hands (well, that practically goes for any champ, I suppose).
Nothing is scarier than having a Sona (with 3 fully upgraded GP5 items) charging at you with her team and Song of Celerity and blasting you and the rest of your team in the face with Cresendo. Nothing.

Well i play her mostly AP in ranked and i win,the only support item she needs is the aegis of legion,I do not ward,I get ap items like arch angel staff death cap lich bane rod of ages and stuff like that i heal around 200+ and deal massive damage helping my team get kills faster and getting me extra gold,Sure people will hate you at first since no one really uses sona as a mage, But it really dose work at least for me i win around 70% of the time with AP sona build.
Wards are very useful! They help remove Fog of War for about 3 minutes!
Even as AP, I get them just to make sure those crafty bots in my bot games don't sneak around the jungle (i've seen them do as much).
Other than that, I don't really see much use for Archangel's, since Sona can get plenty of mana and MR if you get both a Rod of Ages for mana and a Athene's Unholy Grail for the MP5.
What I usually buy for an AP Sona is:
Sor. Shoes
Lichbane
Void Staff
Rabadon's Deathcap
Mejai's (can be switched with Zhonya's or Moonflair Spellblade)
Abyssal Scepter.
Otherwise, for Support, I get:
Ionian Boots of Lucidity
Shurelia's Reverie
Locket of the Iron Solari
Randuin's Omen
Zeke's Herald
Will of the Ancients
Sucks that her heal got nerfed. Guess she was too much like Soraka as a healbot. Oh, and no early poking! That's not what Sona's supposed to do! *wants to go sit in a corner and sob*

I dont think she aint viable in ranked. If someone plays a sona very well shes much more viable than a suky Soraka or taric.
The only thing why she isn't considered as good is because most ppl totaly forget about the debuffs of Power-Chord and only
have in mind that it does a little extra dmg and waste it on Hymn of Valors extra dmg, which sucks.

AP Sona's Power-Chorded Hymn of Valor really hurts, especially with Lichbane.
Otherwise, a well-placed Aria of Perseverance or Song of Celerity Power Chord can really make a difference. Early, Mid, or Late game. (although you'll mostly be spamming Song of Celerity Power Chords from my personal experience).
But yeah, I can (sadly) see why people gravitate towards other supports. :(

I find it funny that you chose Sona. She's actually the only champion who can't speak. She's mute. Hehe.
You did it the voice very well, though. The only thing that sounded a wee bit strange was the Italian lines. Not that I would fault you on that. Italian is hard!
If you don't mind though, I may steal your idea and voice over my mains as well! I've always wanted to do a voice over of Singed, but I never thought of doing Janna or Karma!

Thank you very much! Italian is very hard to pronounce, which is odd, because my old man told me he studied in Italy and learned Italian then (though he has all but forgotten any of that XD).
And no, I don't mind at all! I don't actually claim anything in this as my own except my voice, so feel free to do a VA for a champ. All the Champs need more love (god knows Karma does, but Teemo and Annie deserve all my hate D:< )!

Nerfed into the ground... Poor girl... She's still decent on Dominion, but I'm excited for the stealth rework. Riot has promised us an Evelynn buff and I will wait patiently for it. Unfortunately that also means a twitch buff... :/

I used a very nice plug-in I found by chance called "DX Reverb Lite" from AnwidaSoft.
You can find the plug-in by going here, scrolling down to the bottom and, under DX Reverb Light, click Windows (VST) to DL it, then extract it from the zip folder and put it in Audacity's Plug-in folder (it should be in your Audacity Folder wherever you installed it in).
It helped me get the right reverb effect that I wanted.
