Isochoric is a ooak (one of a kind) hippocampus or sea horse sculpture. She is about 15 inches long from foot to tail and about 10 inches tall. She was made from polymer clay over a wire and foil armature and painted in acrylic. Her fins are fantasy film which was sculpted on using air dry epoxy putty. I started her over a year ago intending for her to be a leafy sea dragon but she ended up looking for like a shrimp. Ah well. She's got iridescence on her body and light blue eyes.

Isochoric is going to be for sale at an Art show I'm attending this weekend. The show is called Artfest Kingston and is in Kingston, Ontario, June 30, July 1&2.
