Bio: Mister Skins (formerly James Skinner) is the former head of Urban Legend, an organization comprised of some of the most ruthless assassins the world has ever seen. He gained his name due to his penchant for removing the faces of the people he's killed as proof that the hit had been carried out.

However, during one mission he was lured into a trap by his second in command and killed. Due to the sins he commited in life he was sent to hell and had the skin removed from his head as punishment. He remained in Hell for two long years before he was resurrected by the mysterious Jenni Haniver.

While he doesn't know exactly why she revived him, Skins knew that he would need her help if he was to have his revenge on the people who killed him...

Mister Skins is a very sadistic character. However he is actually a very well mannered being...unless you piss him off. He is incredibly intelligent and able to figure out an opponents weaknesses with ease. His choice of weapon are two old fashioned straight razors.
