I really like this design, but I know he doesn't exactly fit what i had in mind.
That and somehow I keep getting Xerude vibe from him :D haha. maybe it's an unintentional copy.

He doesn't really look too much like Xerude to me... unless you're thinking of a different one than I am. Or are you thinking of features not shown here (like hair color or personality or something)?
Also, where can I find this "Colors" you speak of? I'd like to see if it's worth getting, because without a tablet, that's probably as close to an oekaki program as I can put to use...
