I can't think of any real polite way to say it, so I'll just say it: Not really, no. I'm not a professional artist who works everyday and puts up schedules and such. This is just something I do when I'm feeling inspired to draw. That's why it's free; there's a chance it might not get done.

However, seeing as this is a subject I'm quite fond of, I can try working on it for you.

If this is something you want/need within a certain time frame, I would suggest taking it to a professional artist who is used to working on a schedule (and is no doubt much more talented than me). I know of one who is fond of drawing WWII planes, if you want me to direct you to her. (Though she's booked through November, if I recall.)
