For those who dont know the flag rules
If horizontal
-Blue part should be at the top(Times of peace)
-red part should be at the top(Times of war)
If vertical
-Blue part should be at the left side(Times of peace)
-red part should be at the left side(Times of war)
-The stars and sun should always be at the top
Since the stars and sun rule made the pic awkward, we decided it would look better sideways(I still feel not using the flag is better and should stick to proper design with mascots at hand)
