Yay, I like to see a feathered raptor transformation, and it is quite well done! From the size, it seems more like he is becoming a Utahraptor, unless he is going to be shrinking after the main anatomical differences between human and raptor are accounted for. I like the expression!
From what I can figure he's becoming an oversized velociraptor... So basically a utahraptor but different in species name. X3 Thanks for the compliment (oh, and the reminder to add utahraptor to the keywords since the size kind of makes it one)! I'm fond of feathered raptors myself, they're so fluffy and terrifying at the same time.
Y'know, the funniest thing is that I still watch your work actively and love what you do, but your stuff is so good that I can't think of anything to critique! My niche has been fulfilled, and I am no longer necessary!
Naw, but the scaly texture is incredible, the impressive gleam in the eyes is gorgeous, the changing skin is beautiful...I mean, really, there's nothing left for me to say 'well, this is kiiiiinda off...' with!

The flavour of mysticism and magic added here, which were elements that imbued the fossil certainly deserve some appreciation, especially when you take into consideration the idea that it is through these elements, with the fossil as a point of transition, a go to thingie, that the human is subject to this transformation. As if the fossil wasn't just a simple portal that allowed you to peek into the past, but it also brought the past into the present in this... in the eyes of the character in this drawing, horrendous form.
I must comment on how you depicted the Velociraptor ( I guess? Do correct me if I am wrong, please ) and didn't follow the Jurassic Park depiction. Tiny detail but worthy of compliments.
Also, the face is simply twisted, the combination of human and dinosaur features are harmoniously amalgamated. Must I inquire however, is he crying because of pain, or because the idea that he will lose his humanity?
The details are delicious, especially the torn clothes.
It simply rocks and hits the idea of transformation flawlessly, however, I do beg your pardon for the possibly audacious words, naked of any tact or subtlety that I may give, but if you were to ever aim with a graphic beauty such as this for symbolism and not transformation, it may be neat if there would be a velociraptor studying a human skeleton/fossil. But that's just an idea it came in my head while looking at this and I couldn't abstain from not sharing it with you.
Overall, love how you made so obvious the idea of magic as the basis of transformation, makes me look back towards the old animated movies and cartoons that circulated mostly around the 90s and so on.
