I continue trying to use the program... and I still don't like it. I couldn't for the life of me find the smudge or blur tools so I had to do the best I could without them. It is definitely not user-friendly if you're used to all the tools that come with even older versions of Photoshop.
Still don't get why everyone thinks the program is so wonderful... other than the price tag and line smoothness, it's got nothing going for it. :/ Also, the help manual is in Engrish. I don't even.
