no im referring to the fact that new cards like Phage the untouchable and platinum angel make the game require no skill

If you ask me, it's not Phage, but cards like Umezawa's Jitte or Skullclamp that makes it require not skill.

those cards are not that bad but phage and plat angel can seal the game with little to no effort

Well, Phage can only get into play by casting her, so you need to make a deck around surviving long enough and trespass disruption, the Jitte, at leas in the metagame here it was, no matter what deck you where playing:

1. Put 4 Jittes in your deck
2. Put it into play
3. ?
4. Profit!

Try playing it from your graveyard with a plat angel in play and casting an infiltrate on it. elvish pipers and exhumes ftw

But you allready had to make a 4 cards combo, and history have told that there are very few that suceed XD

The problem are cards that work alone and the player is just the guy that moves the carboard.

PD: what's ftw? o_o
