Nobody is ever completely happy with their body shape, the best thing to consider is your own health and happiness above the opinions of random strangers.

A fairly recent news article I've read points out that 20% of obese people live longer than average while 40% of thin people live below average. And I'm willing to bet most of those 20% are people happy with their bodies who make the best of it rather than those who are constantly battling themselves or those who don't give a crap anymore and stuff themselves with anything they want.
