Are the wings and the long strands of hair at the back going to be part of the articulation or are they static? (just asking, more flexibility vs easy use, like the deal with sonic's quills from the FP thread).

Quite possibly static for the hair minus the pigtails. The wings are gonna be ragdoll though. I'm going for ease of use
