I don't like the second pair, they're not feasible as a flying device in my mind. The first and third ones though, if they're large enough on a character, would be totally viable. I especially like the third pair, it really does look like it could be a viable man made pair of wings for gliding.
Haha well, as this is on a small “cute” fantasy game, none of the wings are feasible in a practical sense. They are smallish (I guess around the length of a person’s arm, unless I am asked to make them larger when I model them,) and powered by the “power” crystal that is attached to the players back.
I imagine the power source would lift them more than the air forced down by the wings themselves...perhaps they are for show and steering :D

Well that is fair, I did a lot of theory craft with a friend of mine once on a jetpack design with foldable wings. We figured that if the main body was doing the work for flight, the wing span would be feasible at a smaller size for fine steering and sharp turns through flapping.
I'm still not sure the second design would work so well for fine steering, but sharp turns through flapping sure.
