I went to a Hooters once for a friend's birthday. The food wasn't all that good, I don't drink beer and the waitresses were kinda blah. Not too big of a surprise that a few of them have closed around here.

Heh, I've been to one as well, and it indeed wasn't all that spectacular, the food was decent, but I'm not huge on sportsbars. It's sort of interesting how they designed the outfits though, it's not really the tops or shorts which made a difference in the gals, but actually the fact that stockings are part of the uniform, so the legs seemed to mostly be the eye catchers for me when I went. But maybe I'm just weird like that.
