this is the first time I've ever attempted to draw Empress Astra (from the novel I am working on). This is just line art/sketch and will get scanned and have some extra work put into it most likely. We'll see, but I't pretty happy with how it turned out. Only the 2nd or 3rd realistic Equine I have tried drawing. It turned out great except some minor proportioning issues, but way better than the last pegasus I drew (which was pretty awesome also).
