This Ninja Lady (still "needs" a name) cannot see or talk because of the straps. Instead she relies on supernatural echolocation. This sword works like a tuning fork. So if she is searching for someone/something, she hits her sword on a hard surface and gets a continuous vision of her surrounding.
I know that sword is impossible but whatever. Also I forgot the sheath for the sword. Shading makes no sense cause my brain couldn't settle on one lighting source. I probably should have drawn an Argonian instead.
