Her story was simple at first. The daughter of Two-Face who refused to acknowledge her existence because her birth wasn't a set of twins. Then writers started having inconsistencies that ruined that simple story. Then they went as far as to say she came from another earth because you know DC loves throwing random characters from random worlds at us...
