To me 3 is the most balanced. The blue hair is a little jarring coming out of the red fur and makes a lot more sense coming out of the purple. Having it in the order it would blend (red to purple to blue) is more pleasing to the eye. The pure white is also a nice compliment to the bright colors. 1 and 2 look ruddy and dirty because of the tan colored underside and is, in my opinion, very unattractive.

It seems like you are largely set on colors and markings, though, all of these are just fiddling with placement. If you are open to suggestions though I recommend losing the yellow on the toes, I only see it on the one foot, but I'm assuming you are toying with the idea of the pads/palms and skin being yellow. I would scrap that idea and keep them covered in the white fur or, if you'd prefer accents on the fingers, make them red and on the top. You do want the yellow from the face repeating a pattern on the rest of the body so I'd say make the claws yellow to match the horns.

I gotta say I don't like that eye-color at all with the design, but that is probably just my personal taste. I have never been a fan of seafoam green. A well balanced thing to do would be to play with compliments (but I am overly fond of compliments) and since the eye is shadowed in purple you could make the iris yellow or orange. Of course, if you chose to accent the eye with yellow, a different color might be in order for the ear and nose at least.

But like I keep sayin', that's just me haha. I know my tastes are different and some people find things attractive that I don't like at all so I don't mean to shoot everything down. XD

Yeah, I was trying to play with the yellow skinned idea, and it turns out she just doesn't display much skin x.x I could mess with also repeating some yellow patterning down her sides? Oh, yellow eyes might look cool... Or blue to match her hair?

I had been playing around with darker gray-greens as well, but it didn't seem to stick, at least to my eyes. Except at the base of her hair.

I'm thinking heading a little more quetzacoatl with her too, to represent my hispanic ethnicity.

I like 4 It has just a tiny pit of purple and I prefer the white underbelly to the puddy colored one
