This is my very first batch of home brew, sitting on primary fermentation.

Just look at that misty release valve as the yeast works its yeasty magic! This is a 5 gallon batch of Belgian Wheat in the style of Hoegaarden. It matured and came ready for drinking just ten days ago and already half is gone!

And no... despite rumors to the contrary, I have not been drinking myself under a table. I've had about five beers in total. Huge success.
