This is a long overdue gift art piece for a good friend 
He drew this for me a while back, and I've been thinking for a while now what exactly I could do in return.
In the end I came up with this picture here. I cant fully express what I had in mind for this picture, but I know I wanted it to have an especially warm and welcoming feel to it. Morning time, crisp cool air, with the gently warming sun. A moment I feel where only good thoughts and feelings can come from.
Accompanied by some fitting music.
EDIT: This is an accidental follow-up to this piece I finished earlier.

I hope you don't take this the wrong way Moku. This is entirely out of character for me, so don't expect this to happen again....
Buuuuuuuut~ if I were into guys, I would marry you!
This is so very sweet of you! I can't express how shockingly surprised I am for you to take the time to make this. Utterly unnecessary, yet so whole-heartedly grateful am I. Words cannot express, just like you pointed out, the feelings and emotions this fills in me. It came at a good time and just psychs me up to make a strong finish for the end of the school year. Be glad and proud to know that your art is only the representation of your character to attract and develop strong friendships. The picture is nice (spectacular even), but I would sell it for money in a heart beat- just so I can come visit and hang out with you. =P
Well... I would gush lots more but I need to get back to schoolwork. So quick run down:
1. You're awesome
2. You know my watercolor weakness
3. Facial expression is utterly heart-melting
4. I wish I had your polished style (guilty perfectionist here)

The story was rather long so I'm glad you had a chance to catch that little play on words. I tried to make it somewhat poetic. You expressed an interest in it before I went MIA, so I thought that would mesh well with your new-found interest in Mushi-shi. XP

He really is an amazing person, isn't he? ^^; He deserves all the the best and cool things - like this piece of art - in the world for being such a nice guy.
