Ugh, I'm so sick of looking at this picture. I've been working on it off and on since May. Originally it was for background and color practice, but I just couldn't get myself to work on it for very long. So, last night, I colored Laguzal in, then tried doing the background - but I'm just so tired of this pic. I just needed to draw Laguzal again, is what it really was. I haven't drawn him since his first concept piece. I've written about him and others have drawn him, but that's it.

But, for those who don't know him - he's one of my muses. His name comes from the rune Laguz - which you can see on his hindquarters. The rune symbolizes water and dreams. The background is supposed show the world that lives in my head. There's the fantasy world, where Laguzal lives, but beyond the curtains- well, that's for me to know. Laguzal can move between both worlds.
