Your art could be better, but also worse. Do you have a tablet ^^'?
I think it'd be better if you ditched MS paint and got something like GImp, or paint.net or even better photoshop.
Also, it appears you use flood-fill and the shape tools a lot (which is understandable if you don't have a tablet though) and admittingly, that considered, it doesn't look too bad. But it still looks kind of.. unprofessional if you know what I mean.
