I think you're doing a good job learning digital painting. It too ka bit but I can see your lighting is coming from the right so you're getting a better grasp on light direction than you had before and you're limiting your usage of black to where it's needed or wanted. I'm seeing it primarily in the eyes.

And yes the best part of digital painting is you can be as messy as you like and make mistakes, that's why we have the undo button and a canvas that doesn't get warped or cracked when you put too much paint/water on it hehe. Good job keep going at it!
