This is Sunset Strider's mother (no name yet)!
She was a talented Sky Ballerina from a troupe in Cloudsdale when a stray lightning bolt from a particularly dramatic performance struck her in the face leaving her horribly scared on the left side of her face.
She healed, but lost her job in the troupe because of her lost beauty. She ran away to the Everfree Forest to hide away and live her life in peace. There she met Sunset Strider's father and had the little Sunset.
She still lives in the woods to this day with her daughter, but the stallion that was Sunset's father is no where to be found...
