A temporary diversion from remaining commissions (which I am doing, so don't worry!), Martha Weasel washing Frank's and her nice, shiny Model T Ford. It's the first painterly-type thing of this magnitude I've ever done, and I think it came out reasonably well.
I assume the auto was bought by Frank's father for his 21st or something, certainly not by the two young up-and-coming weasels themselves. =P I need to practice cars and crap like that.

This is quite cool... not to mention well done!
I think my favourite part is the toony donkey :D Also the film grain and lines you added in give it a really realistic film-reel feel. Like HammyToy said, there is a sense of motion, and i think to me at least, it's in part due to those effects. Nice!

love the feel of it like a single frame of old celluloid complete with the scratches, classic!
the Model T was an awesome car always wanted a '29 model A m'self...
The Ford Model T was named the world's most influential car of the twentieth century in an international poll. Henry Ford said of the vehicle:
"I will build a car for the great multitude. It will be large enough for the family, but small enough for the individual to run and care for. It will be constructed of the best materials, by the best men to be hired, after the simplest designs that modern engineering can devise. But it will be so low in price that no man making a good salary will be unable to own oneāand enjoy with his family the blessing of hours of pleasure in God's great open spaces."
he used to go "off roading" with some of his friends camping Henry Ford used wood scraps from the production of Model T's to create charcoal. Originally named Ford Charcoal sold at dealerships the name was changed to Kingsford Charcoal after Ford's relative E. G. Kingsford brokered the selection of the new charcoal plant site he also was pals with Harvey Firestone and Thomas Edison i am reminded if a story i head about one of their adventures. it's a rather amusing tale but will recount it later if there is any interest. hehehe
