Another gift to my old friend 
Kitty by nature, but the heart of an otter! He's a cheeky fluffball when he wants to be and it looks like it took it's toll because now he's a full fledged otter! Maybe it was the shorts that did it, though it doesnt look like he's bothered in the slightest!
Super happy with how the shading came out! Not drawn many otters before either and it looks ok to me ^^ But I hope you like it too Snack

OMGFEESH! I love feeshies...almost as much as I like swimming! :D but fish swim too...o.o....I guess I likes em both! :3
I imagine that's what snack-otter would say :P In all honesty I love this a ton <3 You got all the tiny details right, the webbing, the soles <3 even the fish look good :3
