There was a photograph reference. Though, I couldn't get it to perfectly match the photo....

THEN i can tell your true mistakes:
1. lips are too small
2. the jaw angle is too wide
3. her nose looks a bit like it's "broken" because of the shadow, also it lacks nose anatomy knowledge, look up the anatomy textbook i sent you a long ago and study nose parts
4. her trapezius muscle (visible on the right side) is too big and too high for a woman's neck, if only she's not a bodybuilder XD
also, watch the contours and try to fit the silhouette when copying anything, it's the most important part to get better match.
