Oh yeah, I never imagined when I made mine, that there was already a Spectrum Flash; I wasn't aware until after I made the ask blog and a couple different people brought it to my attention. DX Though I am comforted by the fact that, except for sharing the same name, there are really no similarities to the two ponies. It's obvious that they were made by two different people and that mine wasn't influenced by his. @.@;;;

Yeah, I can tell right away that the two are way different! so that is comforting, I guess if I ever do run into another Moon Dreamer than I will get at lucky as you on that front XD

I must admit that I did know about your Spectrum being around, as somepony did bring it to my attention. Actually, the same pony that brought me to your attention, it looks like.

I honestly had NO idea about your Spectrum Flash, so I'm glad you're not mad at me. ;.; It makes me wonder if there are any other instances of ponies coincidentally having the same name. >.>

Sounds like we both created our respective Spectrums around the same time - mine was around early-mid June 2011.

Though, y'know he can't really be your big brother, yah? ;) Would be rather silly for siblings to have the same name! Besides, in the (surprisingly extensive) back story I have for him, he was an only foal before his father (Cyclone Flash - Wonderbolt, and still holder of the record for 'highest flight by a Pegasus') died.

Of course, considering the whole Tumblr Multiverse... who knows?

XD Eh, she'll try to adopt him as her big brother anyway, even if they're not biologically related. My Spectrum is sort of.... a random, spazzy little art nut. ;;;; Her back story involves a lot of citations for graffiti and destruction of both public and private property, or as she calls it "Trying to make all of Equestria more beautiful, even though no one appreciates my efforts. u.u"

I'm still fairly new to the whole Tumblr Multiverse thing. @.@ I really only ever RPed her with friends before I started the tumblr, but so far is seems a lot of fun. :3

He could totally work with her on flying, tough. Aside from some short bursts of speed and the ability to hover while painting, my Spectrum is borderline "Derpy." XD

Mine is very similar to Rainbow Dash (though not related.. well... not anywhere directly), except there's a number of things that have happened in his life that have given him a very different outlook to her. He's as good as her with flying, though hasn't performed a Sonic Rainboom (yet). He's pretty much the only pony that can truly challenge her.... well, in my head canon anyway ;)

It's nice to see someone being a good sport about something like this. I remember when I made a character with bio-luminescent spots on it and someone told me that I had to give them credit as I was obviously ripping their character off because it, too, had glowing spots, even though I got the idea from them from deep sea fish, as my character is a subterranean alien species who hunts in the same way as angler fish for the most part.
