Yes. During the OC, I just drew her upper half, and Malus insisted I draw her to the edge of the page (he kept giving her naga tails and stuff until I would pay attention. XDXDXD our event files are really pretty damn amusing) so I tried. Still don't understand how she sits in that spiky skirt XD.
They do in the books. They eat some crazy stuff in the movie, but I honestly don't recall anything dragonesque. Then again, usually other people have to point this stuff out to me. XD
