Since Canada Day and the 4th of July are in extremely close proximity, we decided to do a picture celebrating both! (And since one of us is in Canada and one of us is in the States.)
Sketch done by golddemon, refinements to the sketch done by chaseface, inks then done by Gold, then colours done by Chase, then final touches done by Gold.
This was a very involved collab, it's like our styles had made love and this is the child of that intrigue.

This image may be celebratory for both countries but the beach an palm trees to me look as if not applicable of either countries except for parts of the US, and ok Hawaii. I like the fireworks though and the sparkler in the ones hand; not sure what is with that troublesome grin, is she planing to burn the pet of hers, and I like how as if part owl that pet just stares at the viewer.
