And using the Noxia Reference sheet I went through and painted up a quick flat color reference for Busiris, the Red on his throat is actually the Pouch that he has under his chin/at his neck so that's why that is there. Originally I was planning on making Busiris a Perlino coloration but seeing as what he is I felt that doesn't fit with his overall appearance. Busiris is meant to show signs that he's dangerous so this color pallet was brought into play. Yes, he has some coloration from a Perlino but it's mostly on his legs rather than anywhere else.
Generally with the Noxia, as I've mentioned before they generally have very different body colors that actually follow with Horses or typical colors of Horses however they can come in more various colors such as Reds, etc. but again, this is only an outer shell for them and their true colors that lie deep within pertain to what they are made of. Tar/liquid black gunk.
So even if a Noxia is a Deep Bay (like Canicus) a Grullo (Like Aliah) or any other color if you cut them open you will still see either Gray, Dark Gray, Black or in some rare cases (Those who are directly tied with Ailith have this) White.
