Unktehila has swallowed something that has done more than just give him "wings" (which is my code word for wide-spread lats muscles, btw) - it's given him biceps (upper and lower) as well as pectorals, abs, calves, traps… overall thickness, and if that's not enough for you - an increase in HEIGHT!
He's a hulking 9' tall now and about 1200 lbs of solid reptilian muscle. You can feel the ground thunder as he trods, much like that of a dinosaur approaching. You can gaze at the taut pull and stretch of his scales across his muscles, cording and bulging, swelling and tightening, flexing and flaring, each step and movement he makes. He's an extreme of anatomical enlargement in motion - or just posing proudly, slathering like a mad beast with the hunger his new body holds within!
Yes, these muscles feel terrific, make him feel bestial and wild! But as well hungrier than ever. They are a furnace for protein, and he needs more flesh. NOW.

Someone seems to have attended you, some tissues from apparent nosebleeds have been discarded nearby, and a box of extras left behind.
Your face and fur is a bit matted with what your feline nose can tell is some of the spittle of the giant lizard, a bit greenish and smelling of very hot peppers. For some reason, there's an informational pamphlet about Iksar venom left nearby, apparently as a guide or warning, so you can decide whether to traditionally clean your fur (tongue) or use the civilized method (tissues) based on this information. It reads:Iksar venom is found in most all its body fluids, not simply its bite. It can be found in saliva, blood, its very flesh, reproductive fluids, and to a much lesser degree urine.
Iksar venom tends to have a few effects that work in sequence to biological effects that first cripple prey, blinding or severely irritating them, then eventually anesthetizing them, to in some cases causing their protein bodies to swell, metabolizing any neighboring fat resources there may be before death. If the prey survives this rapid metabolism, the Iksar can end up fighting a foe with bigger, thicker muscles - the only advantage being the prey will be unused to the radical change and as well suffer growing pains commensurate to their change.
In certain radical cases, like pursuing very obese prey, the muscle growth has been so serious as to snap bones because the growth was too much, too fast and over-leveraged the existing infrastructure. This also required almost the full injection of the considerable 2 liters of venom an adult Iksar is known to contain.
Iksar venom tends to have an irritating smell, either like chili powder, or acid, or acrid, bitter or foul smells. In most cases, these are biological chemicals meant to irritate on contact, especially the mucus membranes, but often can be diluted with milk (the chili scent e.g.) or water (most others). The other effects - that of anesthetics, fat to muscle metabolism, growing pains, are not avoidable upon injection or absorption.
It is highly recommended to avoid contact! The long-term effects are unknown.
Permanency - indeterminate, but seen to be more mutagenic in reptiles
Toxicity - indeterminate, but seen to be more anaphylactic in mammals
Potency - indeterminate, but seen to be strongest in genomes of ancient origin (dinosaurs, crocodiles, sharks, vs. human)
Type - mutagenic/retroviral/metabolic - pathogens not yet isolated. Suspected to be smaller than prion.
Antidote - NONE, save for pain prophylactic.

I haven't sat down to write out the backstory, honestly. On my front page, I attempt to explain the pronunciation of the name, its meaning and origin, why the account is Bear-Paws and not Unktehila, and give a Wikifur link to Iksar, which is a good learning point to explore the game origins of this specific kind of lizardman.
In short, it's fan art, commissioned to be a re-imagining of a MMORPG Online character/avatar that has sort-of these looks, only much tamer. For copyright reasons, an exact screen representation steps into a nasty boundary of proprietary laws, by which in order for me to claim ownership of the image of the character, it has to be 51% or more different than it appears in game. This is indeed the case.
The coloring is actually inspired from a coloring choice you can make, if you tweak color palette settings just so. The head fin again is something possible. The muscularity, heck no. The forked tongue, no. And on and on. On-screen characters (afaik) cannot be seen in a state of undress less than being half naked with some knee-length baggy grey burlap trousers on. So the clothing and um, contour (this is PG submission so I'm trying to maintain appropriate language here) of the garment is definitely well outside Sony Online Entertainment graphical representations.
In character, Unk is about 86 (of about 200 year lifespan) and very experienced at fighting, a multi-discipline martial artist and shaman, aka Beastlord. He can call on various forces of nature to buff himself (and here you can see how potions and spells can work in combination to impressive effect). As well, brews and magics can be put against foes to inhibit their power, speed, and so forth - to say nothing of the adverse effect his venom can have when spit in the eyes or on the skin, or hissed into a greasy, noisome fog that creates terrible respiratory distress.
Having vanquished hundreds, pillaged tombs of countless old civilizations, looted wealth and riches, as well as done the bidding of certain wealthy patrons, Unk is a wealthy lizard that does not rest on his riches, but banks them with a rather fat, distant relative -
Irak, who eats some of the profits, growing bigger year by year… useful as a living weight for Unk to challenge himself to lift, which does keep his muscles in good shape!

It's take a bit of RP and explanation… But both would be possible. As my frontpage says, I just have run out of time for the RP aspects lately. I don't know if the short explanation of a Norrathean (of which Unktehila and all Iksars are) kills someone occurs, there's an instant doubling - live and dead - of the person. The dead one proceeds as usual, or in the case where it would end up completely disintegrated (volcano, edge of the world, into the sun, like that) - the corpse appears in some safe place, all the things it had intact. The LIVE double is your spirit, chi, soul, consciousness, whatever you care to label it - but that's it. A body exactly like the one that died, but no you don't get an extra pocket full of gold, clothing made by the best fashion or armor designer, etc., etc. - the Nameless (who are the unseen gods that make this miracle) don't do this. If you want your stuff, you have to return to somewhere near where you perished from this relatively safe-to-reappear location, buck naked, and get your things. Or visit your bank and get your backup things, which Unk does when he "dies."
Like I said, it's a bit of explanation.
NOM! Unk gets fed. You sometime later find yourself naked, close or not-so-close to Unk… He may have your clothing/accessories if you had any (he likes his meat raw, often swallows whole).
Then you can get hugs.

*grunts and makes this aweful, but also awesome, fibrous, creaking/ripping sound, like shredding beef jerky, as he does a lats spread. And spread. And spread. AND SPREAD.
I.
KNOW,
RIGHT!?
(Hehe, thanks a lot - very flattered you were impressed as I was. These are very personal favorites of mine.)

It's probably "Shui" as in "Feng Shui" anyway - and it's the way the people in the future say "cool" on "Batman Beyond." It's kind of silly or wild imagining a time and place when the human race replaces the word "cool" with something they like better and everybody says it - practically. And it's a weird word that is hard to spell/pronounce like Shui, which sounds like schway.
