For the most part, these 9 colors are the basic colors I seen.

I am not saying that these colors are not a must. I am saying that this template is actually something to use if one is ever needs help deciding on colors for eyes. Or if they want a general idea on what kind of colors to use for shading.
How you draw your eyes and color them is up to you. The only thing I would ever truly suggest, is start with the lightest, add the darker shades on top of one another, then blend lightly together. The lights of the eyes on a separate layer. Possibly set to a 70% Opacity and luminosity.
