This is my newest drawing another attempt at doing anthro art. This is a Char of mine from one of the infinite worlds in my head. He is a sniper/infiltration agent for a special forces group called the H.P.C.A. I am rather happy with how he came out though could never give justice to his weapon the ever awesome Lucky-7

He is a new member of the H.P.C.A. and used to run with the police force of one of the city's in my universe. He loves to use old fashioned skills and supplies and hence the old fashioned look of his Railgun. That and i guess I am not that good at drawing weapons ^.-.^

His story might be my next writing project so hopefully you will see more reguarding him and the H.P.C.A. in the future
