I've finally finished my plush commission for 
ktu! Took forever, as I haven't made a plush since I was 12 years old. The material is latex-coated fabric, stretchy and watertight, and I used a contrasting thread color to make the stitches more visible. The creature is 18" long (a bit more if you overinflate him) and cost $50.
This shot shows his underside. I had to use trigonometry to cut the fabric to the right size, and it reminded me how much I love math!
Cu = 2*pi*h*tan(delta)+Cl
Theta = (Cu-Cl)/h
