I've finally finished my plush commission for 
ktu! Took forever, as I haven't made a plush since I was 12 years old. The material is latex-coated fabric, stretchy and watertight, and I used a contrasting thread color to make the stitches more visible. The creature is 18" long (a bit more if you overinflate him) and cost $50.
This view from the front shows the stitched eyes, facemask, and adorable little ears. All slightly overstuffed for pudgy Zigzagoon goodness.
