Well, a roo needs room for his legs when he wants to hop! A fine addition to his wardrobe is the gold watch and chain, safely pouched. Yes, of course males have pouches. When the geneticists made the kangaroo morphs, it did not matter to them that only females have pouches. What's the point of being a genetic engineer if you can't fix little things like that? They're roos, so they should have pouches! At least they keep them clean and dry.
