Yu Liang, The ears of the dragon.

Yu Liang is one of the youngest officers to ever serve in the dragons army. Member of the "Four Pillars" the most trusted officers in the dragons force. He joined after a failed attempt to steal from General Tanith himself. Having little to no skills when it comes to actual battlefield combat or fighting against multiple foes he seem out of place in an army. However he is a skilled dualist and can be a match for any foe one on one. His history as a thief is what lead him to easily becoming the head of Taniths information network. His multitude of contacts in the underworld and back rooms has made Taniths forces among the most well informed armies in the world. In his short 2 years in the force he has become close friends with Lorian (the little dragon) and his loyalty to the force has never been in question as a result. When he has free time he is often seen sparing with Lorrian as we see in this picture here.
