A black and blue furred Bryon Marks desperately tried to hack into Damian Ratsbane’s computer network. “Come on, come on!” He also had it….then it was gone. Someone had prevented him from changing the location of the teleportation device’s destination.
“No,” he yelled as he slammed his fists on the keyboard, almost breaking it. It wouldn’t have been the first time or the last. He had tried to save the heroes Jessie and Ryukishi when they lost their match, but someone had delayed his hacking. He knew that Damian didn’t have that well of a defended network, so someone had to be helping him. This time he had tried to save both Teria de'Shan and Daar-rar when they had lost their match. He knew that Ratsbane ran an underground international slave trading ring where he would sell captured fighters and heroes to supervillains and terrorists as sex slaves. He growled as he unclenched his hands several times. It disgusted him that someone would lower themselves to such a level that they would enjoy stripping people naked, gagging and tying them up like living trophies.
There was another reason why he wanted to take down Ratsbane. Bryon rubbed his head, his fingers tracing around his unicorn horn. While he looked like a fox, he had a silvery white unicorn horn in the center of his forehead, something he had inherited from his now departed mother.
Bryon wasn’t certain, but he figured that Ratsbane might be the supervillain who had murdered his parents on their wedding anniversary in front of his very eyes and then tried to kill him by blowing the family mansion up.
Somehow, Bryon survived by a miracle or sheer dumb luck. It haunted him for years. He went around the world, training in martial arts, especially Muay Thai kickboxing, French savate, and kung fu. He also studied under a Tibetan mage, strengthening his crystal magic. He had up his right hand and a bluish-white crystal appeared, floating inches above his palm.
And even if Damian wasn’t the one who had stolen Bryon’s parents from him, he still wanted to take the monster down.
However, Bryon was a skilled engineer, like his father. He had invented a high-tech suit of powered armor that would give him the edge he needed to bring villains to justice. However, Bryon’s skills in both magic and martial arts were not on par as that other heroes. He focused more on his engineering and technical skills, making him a one-fox/unicorn army. He could easily bring down Ratsbane and his criminal empire, but he had to wait for when the sewer rat was most vulnerable. And that time would be when the tournament was over. Bryon smiled as he imagined dragging the rat into a police station; Ratsbane’s face a bloody mess and trussed up like a turkey. He would be a hero, like his parents. After his parents’ deaths, Bryon discovered that his parents were superheroes. He would become like them.
Bryon looked over the data he had stolen through his hacking of the rat’s network about the fighters competing in Ratsbane’s trap. He had to admit War Wolf and Khalai were very attractive. He wondered…
“No Bryon…Think clean thoughts,” he told himself. “Besides, War Wolf would probably think my meager martial arts training laughable, and Khalai would mock my weak magical talents. Not to mention all of those heroes would scold me for relying on my battlesuit,” he thought to himself as he split the crystal into two figures: War Wolf and Khalai…
“Still, a fox-unicorn hybrid can still dream, can’t he?” He wondered if he could defeat Damian Ratsbane and save the other heroes. “Better keep an eye on the matches. But then again, I need to check my armor. Maybe I can get some of Ratsbane’s thugs to squeak.” He grinned at that prospect…

Well... I loved the story... It seems good and all hehe. Looks like I found another hero that would be good for the team. Hi, I'm Red Nidhogg, I work for S.H.I.E.L.D. and the UN and we have a common goal, Take Damian Ratsbane down and deliver him to justice, just like his group of Dominant Six. The ring he uses also can prove to be an inconvinient, fortunatelly, the demon that resides in there can be taken down by Folfknight, my mate. So, We are in the tournament undercover... mind to help us a bit if needed? By the way, After the tournament, I'm planning on get all the heroes together to increase the Avengers' lines... only if they want, of course... I won't tell anything about the suit... one of my friends uses his own, Iron Lion... eventually you'd get to know him. By the way, in case you want to know about me...
