blondi's birthday is on the 9th and our 3 year anniversary is on the 11th. Although he wont get this picture until he comes home because he's on a mission trip to Alaska right now. He has been away at a christian internship/school for what will be a year in august and it has been really hard because we were not able to "date"- as in, being all mushy-lovey-dovey and saying "i love you", etc. Not being able to say those three words for an entire year has been the hardest thing i've ever gone through. Blondi is my best friend, my teacher, and the love of my life. Ultimately this distance has brought us closer, and although i made a few mistakes along the way, he was always there for me and never faltering. He is the perfect example of what a real Christian should be; overflowing with love.
1 Corinthians 13:4-8
