This is a gift for my dear friend
whitefanggreytail I never told you how very grateful I am for all you did for me D: I am horrible with words so I decided to show you visually which is easiest^^ Thank you for being there I really appreciate it!
A reference for the shape was used here but I can't find the link to it anymore D: I love doing realism especially when I am stressed, it is like yoga to draw all the strokes.
Little hint for white fur: NEVER EVER use grey unless you want it to be blunt and dead ;D

Very nice picture! It looks almost real! But a little tip to make the fur seem more natural, would be if you soften the whitest brush strokes, and tried smudging some of the edges where the fur is coming out of the wolves body, so it don't start "mid air", like you can see to the left in the picture.
Thank you so much Ah white fur can be tricky, just throw in colors the surrounding has and add some dark greens, browns and blues^^ The very realistic look comes from 100% white in the highlighted areas where the sun hits it directly-there is so much light that all detail and structures will be eaten ;D
