Remember that sketch I posted? well, I finished it, with all the parts I didn't show. China and his Skimmer, Tobus and his modified Ice Grinder, and the ship they live on The Vulture. With some of the crew hitting the skies. The Terra isn't any particular one, I just need to make a background.
Took several days, oddly enough, the first time, I was working on a picture at the same time as doing a Zelda game, and finished the game first. The Vulture, some might see, has heavy influence from another great show that is mostly flying. China and Tobus' rides are based on Lego versions I had made before I ever drew em.

Some seriously good Storm Hawks related art here, Skuger. I really like how the vehicles and carrier turned out and the coloring does look marvelous. Your attention to the details of the characters and machinery quite lovely and very well portrayed.
I'm sorry that my commenting and faving on this is late. I thought I faved it already and this comment was supposed to have been posted sooner if it wasn't for me trying to handle most of my subs at one time whilst using Dial-up. If I didn't see your journal and check your most recent image, I would have unintentionally missed it.

I scan though my submissions, even when they are over 300. I look for if it peeks my intrest, or who posted it. Some artist I watch, I make sure not to miss a thing, other, I do miss things now and then. After two days, I can have over 300 submissions, so I kinda have to do that myself.
Same with me. If I didn't check my FA at least once a day, it would be chopped full of messages. Many post a lot of stupid things or do a huge art dump that could be good or bad. It sucks most with journals than anything else, and that's because you literally have to weed through many of them to get to the ones that are actually competent and worth reading. I believe that if they really wanted to post journals that show how much of a retard they can be, they should go to LJ and call it "home".
