This reminds me of a British stop-motion animated film short where someone was eating fries and a dog shows up and steals said fries, then when this someone put a fry in his mouth and stuck his tongue out to the dog, the dog bites his tongue and pulls him down. Except this pic wasn't as brutal as the aforementioned short.
