A young Barred Owl studying hard to graduate "Kill School" (Before any bird of prey raised at the center is released they must prove they can capture live mice) Owls tend to become so fixated on the area the mice are we often refer to it as owl TV as through the security camera we often observe them just watching for hours on end barely moving.

Seeing that stare above must be scary as hell for the mice (if they actually had wild mouse instincts), I don't envy them.
